Welcome to Dr. Stretch gym London. A family-owned, cutting-edge gym with an Asian power couple co-owners, is located in the heart of Islington. We provide 2000 sq ft. fitness space with weights section, functional fitness space and outdoor area.

Our goal is to address unfair terms plaguing fitness professionals and members in our industry.
Dr Stretch gym was founded in 2021 by Trang And Rimon, successful personal trainers fed-up of contracts, the rising rates of the big box gyms and who desired their own space.
They were forced to pay high rents, only to be trapped and have no flexibility with how they run their businesses or how they look after their clients.
Whilst their clients are stuck in monthly or annual contracts only to be met with overcrowded spaces and unwelcoming environments.
These issues cause 80% of people failed within 2 months to make fitness become their lifestyle and £558m to be wasted in unused memberships every year in the UK alone.
Dr Stretch Gym was born to address this problem. We want to create a gym that everyone can thrive and feel comfortable like your own home.
