Focus: I ask that you take to your training as you would take to a work project. Arrive focused, determined and ready to put in a good shift!

Honesty: transparency is key, as a team we can achieve your goals but only if there is 100% honesty.

Commitment: I can’t do the work for you. Whilst I am going to tell you exactly what to do with your training, diet and lifestyle the catch is you have to do the work! I can’t do the exercise for you - that’s all on you. ⁣⁣If you are ready to commit to this, then I would love to start this journey with you!

    He is an absolute godsend in the fitness space.

    My first session with him was amazing and I was able to lift weights at an intensity I never had by myself. I have always had tight hamstrings and within the first session Rimon spotted that and recommended stretches to help. And, while I still can’t touch my toes, I am a lot more flexible.

    There’s a lot of information about fitness out there and it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Rimon has clarified so many important fitness topics that I didn’t fully understand. He has explained how to track calories, why macros are so important to track, the importance of progressive overload and much much more.

    I would 100% recommend Rimon to anyone who asks!

    Working with Rimon has meant that I know I have time to focus on myself with a personal trainer that will put me at the heart of a session that will be fun. Having a private gym has also meant that the sessions are relatively private and on sunny days we have had sessions outside in the courtyard - this is great in light of covid. I cannot stress enough that sessions with Rimon always leave me feeling refreshed, not only because of the exercise but because working out with Rimon is always great fun… apart from the one time he made me do 100 burpees for being 10 mins late. I’m still recovering from that!

    During my time to date with Rimon, I have not only lost over a stone, but pushed my body to leg press over 195kg, lift over 50kg, and developed confidence operating equipment in the gym.
