This one off option is perfect for those who want experience a session before committing to a package. It’s a great option if you want to check in with your training progress and exercise technique.

Getting real results with real people, is a two-way street. My clients expect a lot from me, and so I expect a lot from them in return. With this ethos, your commitment will be crucial to your end result. For this partnership to thrive I need your:
Focus: I ask that you take to your training as you would take to a work project. Arrive focused, determined and ready to put in a good shift!
Honesty: transparency is key, as a team we can achieve your goals but only if there is 100% honesty.
Commitment: I can’t do the work for you. Whilst I am going to tell you exactly what to do with your training, diet and lifestyle the catch is you have to do the work! I can’t do the exercise for you - that’s all on you. If you are ready to commit to this, then I would love to start this journey with you!
