My personal training sessions can be delivered either in person on a 1-to-1 basis, 4-1 Group Training, or via an online platform. You can simply select the option that is most accessible for you. With an equipped studio in Highbury & Islington for private workouts, I can offer a dedicated space to thrive.

The capacity is limited to 5 people to ensure safety while training. As your PT, my priority is to instil confidence so my results-driven approach is tailored to your specific needs, whether it be to lose weight, build your strength, optimise sports performance or improve your mobility.
